You invite our account to GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Shopify or n8n — no passwords. Code comes back as a pull request, never straight into your production.

Counted Mon 8 am to Fri 4 pm; the clock keeps running overnight and stops over weekends and public holidays (hatched).
The example week, step by step:
- Mon 08:00 — Your backlog, in your order. Two places are free.
- Mon 10:00 — Two tasks start: acceptance criteria and delivery date are fixed.
- Tue 16:00 — First delivery, before the due date — you test it. The place is free: we start the top card in your backlog.
- Wed 10:00 — Second delivery, on time; the next card starts.
- Wed 14:00 — You accept it: done.
- Thu 11:00 — You write a new card into the backlog.
- Thu 16:00 — Two deliveries, two starts. Due Tuesday 8 am: 48 hours, counted Mon 8 am – Fri 4 pm.
- Fri 16:00 — Weekend: the clock stops until Monday 8 am.

You describe the task in your own words.
What should happen, and how you'll know it's done. You describe your project, stack and conventions only once: when you create your workspace.
We start. From now on, ‘done’ is defined.
From your description we set the acceptance criteria; they go on the card with the delivery date.
Then the clock runs.
Delivered 48 hours after we start — counted Mon 8 am to Fri 4 pm. If anything is missing, we ask on the card.
Before handover, a senior developer reviews every delivery.
You get it, for example, as a pull request, on staging or as an inactive workflow — never straight into your production.
You test it and accept it — or we revise it.
In “Test” you tick off the criteria. If one isn't met, we revise at no extra cost until all of them are.
That's how every task runs. The first one is free.

Tasks we take on
In your systems: Git repositories, Jira, WordPress, Shopify, n8n, Make, Zapier and shared folders — access by invitation only, no passwords, revocable at any time.
The Prozess-Abo — only if you order it.
The plan sets how many tasks are in progress at the same time. Billed monthly in advance, not by the hour.

All prices + VAT, businesses only. Prozess-Abo 2,5: We count the tasks we start in the billing month; a revision doesn't count again. Unused tasks lapse at the end of the month. Cancel monthly, no minimum term.
Guarantee in the Prozess-Abo
If we don't deliver a task within 48 hours of starting it (counted Mon 8 am – Fri 4 pm, not counting time in which we wait for your cooperation), we credit 5 % of the monthly fee. If a delivery doesn't meet its acceptance criteria, we revise it at no extra cost until it does.
The 48 hours count from the start of the task, from Monday 8 am to Friday 4 pm; over weekends and public holidays the clock stops. You see the date on the card. The free first task earns no credit, as nothing was paid; we still revise it until the criteria are met.
