Write your first task. We deliver it free of charge — 48 hours after we start.

Counted Mon 8 am to Fri 4 pm: started on Monday at 10 am — delivered on Wednesday at 10 am. Free: one task per company, businesses only, no payment details.

You create a workspace for your project, invite our account into your systems and write tasks on a board. We work through them in your order — the first one free, then in the Prozess-Abo. A senior developer checks and releases every delivery before it reaches you.

02What happens next

From workspace to accepted task

  1. 01Create a workspace

    You describe your project, your stack and your conventions — once, in about five minutes. Every task builds on it.

  2. 02Access by invitation

    You invite our account — to GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, WordPress, Shopify, n8n and others. No passwords, no API keys; you can revoke access yourself at any time.

  3. 03Tasks on the board

    You write tasks and set their order. We start the top card in the backlog as soon as a place is free — as many at a time as your plan provides.

  4. 04Delivery in 48 hours (counted Mon 8 am – Fri 4 pm), then acceptance

    When we start, the acceptance criteria and the date are fixed: started on Monday at 10 am — delivered on Wednesday at 10 am; over weekends and public holidays the clock stops. A senior developer reviews every delivery; you get a pull request or staging — never your production — test it, and accept it or ask for a revision.

  5. 05The first task is free. Then you decide.

    You pay nothing for the first task, and we don't ask for payment details — one per company, businesses only. It gets the same acceptance criteria, the same senior review and the same revisions as any other. Then you order the Prozess-Abo in your workspace — or you don't. It never starts automatically and can be cancelled monthly.

03After the first task

You decide whether to continue.

The first task is free — one per company, businesses only. It has to be doable within 48 hours (counted Mon 8 am – Fri 4 pm); we check that before we start. Afterwards you decide whether to order a Prozess-Abo. It never starts automatically.

We count the tasks we start in the billing month; a revision doesn't count again. Unused tasks lapse at the end of the month. Cancel monthly, effective at the end of the current billing month; no minimum term. Billed monthly in advance. Costs of your own tools and accounts (e.g. hosting, licences, API usage) you pay directly to the provider. Net prices + VAT, businesses only.
