You pay for tasks in progress — not for hours
The plan sets how many tasks are in progress at the same time — and in the smallest plan, how many we start per month. You can write down as many as you like.

The first task is free — one per company, businesses only. It has to be doable within 48 hours (counted Mon 8 am – Fri 4 pm); we check that before we start. Afterwards you decide whether to order a Prozess-Abo. It never starts automatically.

Cancel monthly, effective at the end of the current billing month; no minimum term. Billed monthly in advance. Costs of your own tools and accounts (e.g. hosting, licences, API usage) you pay directly to the provider.
- Start
- The Abo only starts when you order it in the workspace — never automatically, not even after the free first task.
- Billing month
- It starts on the day you order, not on the first of the month. The invoice comes at the beginning of each billing month.
- Tasks per month
- Prozess-Abo 2,5: up to 4 tasks per billing month. We count the tasks we start in the billing month; a revision doesn't count again. Unused tasks lapse at the end of the month. The other plans have no monthly limit.
- Plan change
- From the next billing month. You request the change in the workspace and we confirm it.
- Availability
- We only take on as many Abos as we can serve at 48 hours after the start (counted Mon 8 am – Fri 4 pm). If we are fully booked, we tell you before an Abo comes about.
Guarantee in the Prozess-Abo
If we don't deliver a task within 48 hours of starting it (counted Mon 8 am – Fri 4 pm, not counting time in which we wait for your cooperation), we credit 5 % of the monthly fee. If a delivery doesn't meet its acceptance criteria, we revise it at no extra cost until it does.
The 48 hours count from the start of the task, from Monday 8 am to Friday 4 pm; over weekends and public holidays the clock stops. You see the date on the card. The free first task earns no credit, as nothing was paid; we still revise it until the criteria are met.
Results, not hours
You commission techmg GmbH with defined results: every card on your board describes one result with acceptance criteria. You decide what is needed and in which order. We decide who works on it, how and when.
There are no hour quotas and no timesheets, you give no instructions on how the work is done, and nobody is integrated into your team. That is how the Prozess-Abo is set up: as a commission for results — not as the provision of staff within the meaning of the German Temporary Agency Work Act (AÜG), and not as hourly work.
Likewise, the question of bogus self-employment (Scheinselbständigkeit), which has to be checked for freelancers billed by the hour, does not arise in this form when you commission a GmbH with results.
