Prozess-Abo

Your tasks — delivered 48 hours after we start.

We count from Monday 8 am to Friday 4 pm; over weekends and public holidays the clock stops: what we start on Monday at 10 am, we deliver by Wednesday at 10 am at the latest. You write your tasks on a board and set the order; we work through them — each with acceptance criteria, each checked by a senior developer before handover.

One per company, businesses only. The Abo never starts automatically — you order it yourself if you want to.

01Plans

The plan sets how many tasks are in progress at the same time

  • 08DPA, documentation and an AI fact sheet for deliveries that use AI

02How it works

From workspace to accepted task

  1. 01Create a workspace

You describe your project, your stack and your conventions — once, in about five minutes. Every task builds on it.

  2. 02Access by invitation

You invite our account — to GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, WordPress, Shopify, n8n and others. No passwords, no API keys; you can revoke access yourself at any time.

  3. 03Tasks on the board

You write tasks and set their order. We start the top card in the backlog as soon as a place is free — as many at a time as your plan provides.

  4. 04Delivery in 48 hours (counted Mon 8 am – Fri 4 pm), then acceptance

When we start, the acceptance criteria and the date are fixed: started on Monday at 10 am — delivered on Wednesday at 10 am; over weekends and public holidays the clock stops. A senior developer reviews every delivery; you get a pull request or staging — never your production — test it, and accept it or ask for a revision.

  5. 05The first task is free. Then you decide.

You pay nothing for the first task, and we don't ask for payment details — one per company, businesses only. It gets the same acceptance criteria, the same senior review and the same revisions as any other. Then you order the Prozess-Abo in your workspace — or you don't. It never starts automatically and can be cancelled monthly.

03What a task is

One card, one contained result

A task is one contained result that can be finished, checked and handed over within 48 hours (counted Mon 8 am – Fri 4 pm) — for example a bug fixed, an interface connected, a workflow built, a report automated. Larger projects we split with you into several tasks, each with its own acceptance criteria.

Delivered 48 hours after we start — counted Mon 8 am to Fri 4 pm. Examples — what tasks can look like, not client projects:

  • Automation

Form → CRM + Slack notification · Shopify order → Lexoffice invoice, with error handling

  • Bug Fixing

Fix a Next.js “Hydration failed” error · WordPress: critical error after a plugin update

  • Programming

Script for a recurring task (Python or Node.js) · New feature in an existing web app

  • Documents & Data

Fill a PDF form automatically from a spreadsheet · Extract email attachments with AI → Google Sheet or DATEV folder

  • AI Integration

Categorise incoming requests with AI · Integrate the ChatGPT or Claude API into existing software

What is not a task in the Prozess-Abo

  • Operating, hosting and continuously monitoring your systems
  • On-call duty or a 24/7 incident service
  • Working by the hour or under your instructions in your team
04The board

You set the order, we set the start

As many cards are in progress at once as your plan provides. A revision counts; a delivery waiting for your acceptance doesn't.

  1. 01

    Backlog

You write and set the order

Your tasks in your order — we start the top one next.

  2. 02

    In progress

    We start

Only we move cards here — with acceptance criteria and a delivery date.

  3. 03

    Test

    We deliver, you test

Delivered — test it, then accept it or ask for a revision.

  4. 04

    Done

    After your acceptance

    Accepted.

When we start

As soon as a place is free, we start the top card in your backlog — on the next working day at the latest.

When we deliver

We deliver every task no later than 48 hours after we start it. We count our working week from Monday 8 am to Friday 4 pm; over weekends and public holidays the clock stops. Started on Monday at 10 am — delivered on Wednesday at 10 am. You see the exact date on the card as soon as we start.

05Access

Access by invitation only — never into your production

You invite our account into your systems; we don't receive passwords, API keys or tokens. Results come back in a form you check and publish yourself. You can revoke the invitation at any time.

Code repositories

  • GitHub · Bitbucket · Other Git (Gitea, own server)Pull request on a separate branch — you review and click “Merge”.
  • GitLabMerge request on a separate branch — you review and merge it.
  • Azure DevOpsPull request in Azure Repos on a separate branch — you review and complete it.

Issue tracker

  • JiraIn the issue: a link to the delivery and the status “Test” (or the status from your note). The code comes through your connected repository.

Website and shop

  • WordPressChanges on the staging site — you check them and take them live.
  • ShopifyA copy of your theme with a preview link — you check and publish it.

Automation

  • n8nWorkflow in your instance, inactive until you accept it — plus a JSON export.
  • MakeScenario in your account, switched off until you accept it — plus a blueprint export.
  • ZapierZap in your account, switched off until you accept it.

06Quality

What you can measure every delivery against

  1. 01

    Acceptance criteria at the start

Before we start a card, we fix its scope and acceptance criteria. They are on the card, together with the delivery date, and don't change afterwards.

  2. 02

    Senior review of every delivery

A senior developer checks and releases every delivery before it reaches you.

  3. 03

    Handover for checking

A summary and test steps with every delivery — and the result where you can check it: as a pull request, on staging, as a theme copy or as an inactive workflow.

  4. 04

    Acceptance by you

You tick every criterion and accept — or name what is missing, and the card goes back into progress. If you don't respond for 7 days, the delivery counts as accepted under our terms.

  5. 05

    Revisions at no extra cost

As often as it takes until the acceptance criteria are met.

  6. 06

    DPA and AI fact sheet

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. If a delivery itself uses AI, you get an AI fact sheet with it: purpose, model, provider and which data is processed where.

07Guarantee

Guarantee in the Prozess-Abo

If we don't deliver a task within 48 hours of starting it (counted Mon 8 am – Fri 4 pm, not counting time in which we wait for your cooperation), we credit 5 % of the monthly fee. If a delivery doesn't meet its acceptance criteria, we revise it at no extra cost until it does.

The 48 hours count from the start of the task, from Monday 8 am to Friday 4 pm; over weekends and public holidays the clock stops. You see the date on the card. The free first task earns no credit, as nothing was paid; we still revise it until the criteria are met.

08Who it suits

For a steady stream of tasks — not for a one-off project

We don't promise savings. You see for yourself what a delivery brings you — and you can cancel every month.

A good fit if …

  • Tasks keep coming up: bugs, integrations, workflows, small features, reports.
  • You want a fixed monthly price instead of a quote for every small job.
  • Your code and tools are with you — and should stay there.
  • Someone on your side can describe results and accept them.

Not a fit if …

  • You have a one-off project and no further tasks after it.
  • You need operations, hosting or 24/7 on-call support.
  • You are looking for someone to work in your team under your instructions.
  • The work can't be described as a result with acceptance criteria.
